Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint is a result of village rivalry. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim was stabbed from behind by the petitioner. Considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to the injury report and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 395 of 2022 is rejected.
