Heard learned advocates for both parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had aided and abetted Bangladeshi nationals and supplied contraband to them. 3.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid materials which discloses illegal association with Bangladeshi nationals who had unauthorizedly entered the country, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
