1. The appellants are not represented not any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants.

2. In view of our earlier order dated 15th April, 2024 and having regard to the fact that the appellants are not represented, we are of the view that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the appeal.

3. Moreover, it appears that the application for substitution was not pursued. The appeal has abated in the meantime.
