1. Report submitted in Court be taken on record.

2. Petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail by an order dated February 1, 2024.

3. One of the conditions required the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once a week till the conclusion of the investigation.

4. Investigation are yet to be concluded in respect of a Police Case dated August 1, 2023.

5. In such circumstances, the requirement of the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation is modified as reporting before the Investigating

Officer as and when called for till the conclusion of the investigation.
