The parties were also not represented on the earlier occasion i.e. on 1st July, 2021, when the coordinate bench had directed the appeal to be listed on 5th July, 2021 under the heading "For Dismissal".

The order allowing the plaintiff for installation of electric meter and not to cause in inconvenience to the plaintiff to enjoy the electric connection till the disposal of the suit, is under challenge. We have perused the order under challenge. In view of the order passed by the Full Bench of the Calcutta High Court in the case of "Abhimanyu Mazumdar vs. Superintenting Engineer" reported in 2011 (2) Calcutta High Court Notes page 759, which is squarely applicable in this case, the appeal fails.
