Inadvertently in the order dated 27.03.2026 direction was passed upon the learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur. The same is incorrect as the police station case number and the court where the case is pending is within the jurisdiction of the district of Malda.

Accordingly, in the order dated 27.03.2026 the communication which is to be made by the learned Registrar General be directed to be communicated to the learned District Judge, Malda.

Let this order be treated to be a part and parcel of the original order dated 27.03.2026.

Department is directed to insert necessary corrections in the order dated 27.03.2026.
