Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of the case relates to recovery of 449 bottles of phensedyl from the joint possession of the petitioners. It has also been pointed out that on 15.10.2025 the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.15735 of 2025 has been pleased to reject the bail of the petitioners.

Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that the evidence of three witnesses are over and the prosecution intends to rely upon another eleven witnesses. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. Petitioners would approach this Court after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are over.

Consequently, CRM(NDPS) 160 of 2026 is rejected at this stage.
