The writ petitioner is the Pradhan of Bali-I Gram Panchayat, District-Murshidabad. The petitioner has already resigned from her office of the Pradhan, for personal reasons on January 27, 2022.

According to the petitioner, nothing survives in the writ petition in view of such resignation. The petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Thus, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be, however, no order as to costs. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
