Petitioner was identified in T. I. Parade. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected earlier on merits. Charge has already been framed.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
