By this writ petition, the writ petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents to allow to participate in the interview to fill up the post of Group-D in New Kolorah High School, P.S. Domjur, District Howrah.

By passing an interim order, the petitioner was directed to be allowed to appear in the interview. Such interview held in the year 2007.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
