It appears from the affidavit and it is also submitted on behalf of the applicant-petitioner that the order under contempt has been complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 93 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
