an appropriate application therein instead of filing a separate petition. Therefore, this petition independently may not be entertained as it will lead to unnecessary multiplication of petition.

Having regard to the above submission, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the pending in WPA (P) 16 of 2020.

In Re: WPA (P) 16 of 2020 In respect of CAN 3 of 2021 learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the committee has supplied the minutes of the meeting to the applicants, therefore the applicants seek time to place on record the response of the applicants to this minutes.

Let the same be done within six weeks.
