In view of such, at Page No. 2 in paragraph no. 4 (i) in the third line before the word „residential‟ the following be inserted: „commercial/commercial-cum-‟. Similarly, at Page No. 3 in paragraph no. 4 (ii) in the last but one line before the word „residential‟ the following be inserted: „commercial/commercial-cum-‟.

Department is directed to make necessary correction in the judgment dated 03.07.2025 forthwith in terms of the observation made hereinabove.
