The revisional application was preferred challenging the Special Case No.11/96 pending before the learned Judge, 4th Special Court at Burdwan.

The records of the case reflect that the petitioner approached this Court after the charge was framed under Sections 468/420/409 of the Indian Penal Code and schedule was fixed for examination of P.W.1 to P.W.13.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Having regard to the fact that the revisional application is yet to be admitted and the subject matter of challenge relates to an order dated 15th July, 2000, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made at this belated stage as there is every probability of change of circumstances pursuant to the passage of time which has passed in the meantime.

Accordingly, CRR 36 of 2001 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
