1. Mr. Ali, learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that he has instructions to pray for withdrawal of the application being Civil Revision No. 6 of 2025 pending before the leaned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court at Hooghly, Chinsurah in order to avail appropriate remedy for challenging the order impugned in the said Civil Revision No.6 of 2025 in accordance with law.

2. In view of such submission, Mr.

Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that if the opposite party intends to withdraw the Civil Revision No.6 of 2025, he has no reason to press the present revisional application. He accordingly seeks withdrawal of C.O. 228 of 2026.

3. As prayed for, C.O. 228 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
