Mr. Rajib Kumar Basu ... for the petitioner Mr. Susovan Sengupta Mr. Manas Kumar Sadhu ... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main grievance of the petitioner was with regard to the construction of a shop which was dismantled at the behest of the private respondents. To that effect, he has approached the Police Authorities but the Police Authorities did not cooperate. Subsequently, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Police Authorities have cooperated and during the pendency of the present application necessary police arrangements have been so that no untoward incident results at the time of reconstruction of the shop.

The State has submitted a report which reflects that necessary police arrangements have been made on 29.01.2025. In view of the petitioner's grievance having been addressed by the Police Authorities further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition being WPA 1596 of 2025 is disposed of.

The report so submitted be kept with the record. Urgent photostat certified server copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
