Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

Considering the nature of accusations and since the petitioner has paid the amount as directed by the earlier order of this Court, we are of the opinion that his custodial interrogation is not necessary. As such, his prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, in the event of arrest the petitioner, namely, Asim Sheet shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 404 of 2022 is, thus, allowed.
