Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Petitioner claims that he is not named in the charge sheet. Simply, on the basis of the claim of the petitioner, we are not minded to entertain this application for anticipatory bail. No doubt, if the police is of the view that the petitioner and the person named in the charge sheet are same, the police are at liberty to take appropriate steps.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
