The present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Misc. Criminal Case No.510 of 2020 under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The court considers that no prejudice shall be caused if an order is passed for expeditious proceeding. Hence, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia at Krishnanagar is directed to conduct expeditious proceeding in Misc. Criminal Case No.510 of 2020 in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
