Mr. Asis Bhattacharyya ....for the petitioner Ms. Debjani Sahu ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 05.02.2025 passed in CRM (A) 242 of 2025. Among other thing, she was directed to surrender before the learned Jurisdictional Court and pray for bail within four weeks. However, the petitioner was in the family way at that time and, therefore, could not surrender. She prays for extension of time to surrender.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

In view of the above, the time to surrender and pray for bail is extended by three weeks. Rest of the conditions shall remain of the same.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
