Court No. 22 10.11.2022 (Item No. 1) (AB) 23578 of 2022 an order was passed by this Court on November 4, 2022. The cause of action relates to an alleged initiation and continuance of a disciplinary proceeding against an Assistant Teacher of respondent No. 7 School.

In view of the said order dated November 4, 2022 this writ petition has no further force to survive. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 1356 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
