We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the Secretary of the Childrens Home where children in need of care and protection are kept. Statement of the children show petitioner had sexually abused them. He had also absconded and proclamation has been issued against him.

In light of the aforesaid incriminating facts implicating the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
