The I.C., Goalpokher Police Station is personally present in Court. He has filed a report dated 9th March, 2023 and the same is taken on record.

It is submitted by him that he could not furnish instructions on the earlier occasions since he had sent the instructions to the State Government. It is further submitted that he did not know he was required to be present in Court.

I.C., Goalpokher Police Station shall be more cautious in future.

It appears from the report of the police that all the private respondents have a land dispute with the petitioner. The parties may take out civil proceedings in this regard. The police is also of the view that both the parties are dangerous persons. Proceedings under Sections 107 and 116 of the Cr.P.C. have been drawn up. The private respondents are represented. They are directed to ensure peace in the area.

Any civil rights may be asserted before an appropriate civil Court.

The Goalpokher Police shall take coercive measures against any person violating law and order or indulging any form of violence whatsoever.

The personal appearance of the I.C., Goalpokher Police Station is dispensed with.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
