1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Appeal No. 151 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Hooghly (Sadar) at Chinsurah, Hooghly as well as an application for amendment of a plaint filed in connection therewith.

2. In view of the order propose to be passed prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with notice is not upon the opposite parties is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the materials on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Hooghly (Sadar) at Chinsurah, Hooghly to dispose of the pending application for amendment as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

4. Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Hooghly (Sadar) at Chinsurah, Hooghly is further

requested to dispose of Title Appeal No. 151 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of disposal of the application for amendment .
