Mr. Anwar Hossain, along with Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned Counsels, appear for the State. Their appointment may be regularized in due course.

The instant application was filed against the impugned Order dated 13.10.2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Hooghly, granting maintenance to the tune of Rs.1500/- per month for the minor child and Rs.2500/- for the opposite party with effect from March, 2010 as interim maintenance. The Trial Court passed the impugned order on the basis of available materials. The amount of maintenance is neither pittance nor fantastic. Therefore, this Court does not incline to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
