Apprehending arrest in connection with Hanskhali P.S. Case No.564 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019 under Sections 363/323/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, the petitioners have filed the instant application for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that the petitioners have been arrested and as such, he does not intend to proceed with the application for anticipatory bail.

In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as infructuous.
