The present writ petition was filed alleging illegal and unauthorized construction carried in the eastern rear side of premises no. 29/2/1,Sree Ram Dhang Road, P.O.-Salkia, P.S.-Malipanchghora, District-Howrah711106 under the jurisdiction of the Howrah Municipal Corporation.

At the time of consideration of the writ petition it has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that the dispute has been amicably settled by and between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has been instructed not to press the present writ petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

Dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the Howrah Municipal Corporation to take steps

against any unauthorized construction as alleged in the writ petition, in accordance with law.

Learned advocate for the Howrah Municipal Corporation is directed to communicate this order to the Howrah Municipal Corporation for taking necessary steps in the matter.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
