The petitioner has submitted an information to the Inspector-in-Charge, Ranaghat Police Station.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding under Sections 107/116 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been drawn up against the private respondent nos. 5, 6 and 8 to maintain peace in the locality which refers to Ranaghat PS NCR No.

2644/2023 dated 29.12.2023.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 5 to 8 submits regarding the ownership and possession of the land and an appeal is pending before the Collector of Nadia.

This Court will not enter the domain of right, title, interest, possession and occupation of the property. The appropriate authorities or the civil court would deal with the same. However, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 1391 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
