It is submitted that the original revisional application was filed with regard to occupational charge in respect of premises-in-question arising out of T.A. 91 of 2017.

It is further submitted that the appeal has already been dismissed on contest on 28th August, 2019. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the instant revisional application stand dismissed being infructuous. All interim orders stand vacated.
