2. Heard on admission.

3. During the course of hearing learned counsel for the parties agreed that this petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 15th January, 2026, (Annexure-'P9') in accordance with law within stipulated time.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of with following directions:- i.

Petitioner shall resubmit the said representation dated 15th January,

2026, along with the server copy of this order before Respondent No.4.

ii.

In turn, Respondent No.4 shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within days therefrom.

iii.

The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. The PIL stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
