It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the respondent no.4 that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- as full and final settlement of her dues under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and the Central Rules framed thereunder. A photocopy of the receipt duly signed by the petitioner, the photocopy of the demand draft for Rs. 2,50,000/- and affidavit affirmed before the Executive Magistrate on 5th December, 2022 by the employee placed before the Court are taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner does not

dispute the submissions made on behalf of respondent no.4.

Nothing, therefor, remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of without any order.
