Mr. Rajesh Singh, learned advocate for the appellant-insurance company submits that the award has already been satisfied in execution proceedings. Thus, the appellant-insurance company does not want to proceed further with the present appeal and intends to withdraw the same. He files photostat copy of the written instructions, which is taken on record. He further prays leave to withdraw the statutory amount together with interest.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the appellant-insurance company, the instant appeal being F.M.A.T. 66 of 2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant-insurance company is at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited

before the registry vide challan no.2770 dated 27.02.2020 with accrued interest.

All the connected application stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
