Lahiri ... for the State Learned advocate appearing for the appellant, in his usual fairness, submits that, there are absence of adequate number of members for the constitution of a Division Bench of the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal. He invites the Court to pass a direction for expeditious hearing of the original application after the constitution of the requisite Division Bench of the Tribunal. Respondent is represented.

Apparently, the writ petition is directed against an order granting adjournment.

The Tribunal is functioning with such number of members, which prevents the Tribunal to set up a Division Bench.

Consequently, WP.ST 13 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the Tribunal to hear and dispose of the pending original application within four weeks from the constitution of a Division Bench.
