It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the respondent no.4 that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs. 1,35,000/- as full and final settlement of his dues under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and the Central Rules framed thereunder. A receipt dated 20th November, 2023 and a photocopy of the demand draft for Rs. 1,35,000/- placed before the Court are taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made by the learned advocate for the respondent no.4.

Nothing, therefor, remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of without any further order.
