We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties for the reasons that we have recorded in our order dated 26th March, 2021 for granting an order of injunction. We do not find any reason to change our view after hearing the learned Counsel for the respondents and, accordingly, we confirm the interim order passed on 26th March, 2021 for the reasons we have recorded therein. However, this interim order shall be operative for a period of three months from date.

We request the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the injunction application within the aforesaid period. In the event, the injunction application could not be disposed of within the aforesaid period, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to extend the same upon reasons being recorded for such extension. We make it clear that the observations made by

us are prima facie and shall not influence the learned Trial Judge in disposing of the injunction application. With the aforesaid observation, the appeal being FMAT 39 of 2021 and the stay application being CAN 1 of 2021 stand disposed of.
