It is submitted that a Coordinate Bench had occasion to deal with the subject matter of the writ petition. The Coordinate Bench by an order dated 6th June, 2022 in WPA 6185 of 2022, directed the Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar Commissionerate to look into the matter and dispose of the proceedings with a reasoned order.

Let a copy of the reasoned order be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the transfer of investigation to any third agency is premature and unnecessary.

Counsel for the private respondent submits that the petitioner himself has a number of cases registered against him.

Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
