Petitioner by presenting this writ petition has prayed for correction of subject in which she was appointed based on selection process namely 1st SLST, 2016 (Clases XI and XII).

According to the petitioner, school authority is wrongly treating her as an Assistant Teacher in Computer Application but petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher in Computer Science. Petitioner prays for necessary direction

for correction of her details relating to subject in which she was appointed.

Learned advocates representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission and State respondents have jointly submitted that petitioner was appointed based on selection process that is 1st SLST, 2016 (Classes XI and XII). It has also been submitted that entire selection process relating to SLST, 2016 for Classes IX, X, XI and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Division Bench has been questioned by preferring Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if situation so arises in future.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
