Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are students. The incident arose out of videography of the picnic that the petitioners were holding at the locale.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
