This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not allowing him to submit documents in relation to his teacher training for the 1st State Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Assistant Teachers - in State Government Aided/Sponsored (Upper Primary Level) Schools. The facts of the case are that the petitioner had not submitted any training certificates by the cut-off date in 2016 and the same is evident from his application at page 46 of the writ petition.

In light of the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at the present moment. Accordingly, WPA 1755 of 2021 stands dismissed.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
