Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He submits that the principal accused was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is part of a racket which issues Aadhar Cards to the members of the public at a consideration. Such Aadhar Cards are not authentic.

In the facts of the present case, since the members of the public are involved in the issuance of the Aadhar Cards by the petitioner and since the petitioner is not authorized to issue such Aadhar Cards and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 414 of 2022 is rejected.
