Basu Mallick Mr. Biman Halder ...for the DPSC, Uttar Dinajpur The reasoned order passed by the Chairman-inCharge, District Primary School Council, Uttar Dinajpur is in favour of the petitioner. It is a case of compassionate appointment. The District Primary School Council has stated that the matter would be forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools, S.E. Uttar Dinajpur as per existing rules/orders for employment of the petitioner under compassionate appointment.

I direct the Chairman to send all the papers by 9th August, 2023 and I also direct the District Inspector of Schools to take further steps within a period of two weeks after receiving the papers from the end of the District Primary School Council. I direct the concerned Regional School Service Commission to take steps by four weeks thereafter to recommend the petitioner for appointment in any school and I also direct the West Bengal Board of

Secondary Education to give appointment to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of recommendation received by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. All the above time frames are mandatory in nature.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.

In future this court will not entertain any prayer for non-compliance of the order passed above. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
