In the cause title portion of the order dated 16.07.2024 'Md. Inal Sk. & Ors.' shall be read as 'Sk. Kalo. -Vs- Janai Bibi & Ors'.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 16.07.2024. Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for compliance.
