Learned counsel representing the State submits a report which reflects that the Police Authorities are ready to render police assistance on the date so proposed by the respondent nos. 6 and 11. In view of the Police Authorities having expressed their desire that the police force is available, the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad as well as respondent no. 6 or his authorized Officer would coordinate and fix a date. Accordingly, the elections would

be held when the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad would ensure that adequate police force be made available for the elections to be held.

With the above observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 1631 of 2025 is disposed of. The report so submitted be kept with the record. Urgent photostat certified server copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
