1. The appellants are not represented not any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants.

2. In view of our earlier order dated 15th April, 2024 and having regard to the fact that the appellants are not represented, we are prima facie of the view that the order under appeal does not circumvent any infirmity and by this time, the suit must have been disposed of by the City Civil Court.

3. In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
