Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No money was withdrawn by the petitioner. Nor did any such amount come into her account.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on a memo of evidence filed by the CID, which is taken on record and kept in a sealed cover. According to the report, the SIM card used for CAF bearing number 8972629037 was issued in the name of the present petitioner. From the IP address it was found that the phone number of the petitioner and the IMEI number of the phone were used to withdraw amounts of RS. 1.5 lakhs and Rs. 2 lakhs, respectively, on the date of the crime.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
