The said report is accepted and be taken on record.

That order records that the original report could not be delivered to the respondent as it was returned with the postal endorsement 'unclaimed'. We direct the special referee to serve once again copies of the original and revised report on the respondent by hand delivery or if that is not possible, on all the partners individually or by affixing copies of the reports and an appropriate notice on an outer wall or door of the residence of the partners. The advocate on record for the appellant or his duly appointed agent will provide the necessary assistance to the special officer.

The local police station will also render assistance in the matter of service of the papers. Such service is to be effected by 24th December, 2021.

The respondents are given an opportunity to take an exception to the report by way of an affidavit to be filed by 10th January, 2022.

List the appeal for hearing on 13th January, 2022.
