Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that during the pendency of this writ petition the unauthorized construction has already been removed.

Heard Mr. Deb Roy, learned AGP for the State. Since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
