1. Petitioner contends he is not the principal accused. Victim has been examined. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in procuring victims across international border for sexual exploitation. Trial is still in progress.

4. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

6. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
