The appellants are not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants. Although, we are of the view that the Trial Court under the facts and circumstances of the case allowed the prayer for injunction. The current status report, however, shows that the suit was dismissed for default on 17th January, 2013.

In view thereof, the appeal being FMA 893 of 2013 and the application being CAN 1 of 2012 (Old No: CAN 9312 of 2012) stand dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. The status report is kept with the record.
