In the incident of assault the injured suffered fracture of the 7th rib. Such injured implicates the petitioners before us in such incident of assault.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 222 of 2024 is dismissed.
